All orders are shipped from the Netherlands via a secure, trackable delivery service (DHL). Orders can be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of being placed by email: info@eightdit.com.

Please allow 1–2 business days for order processing before shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a track & trace link by email. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking information to become visible after you receive your link.

Shipping times are estimates and may vary slightly. Non-EU orders (such as UK, Switzerland, Norway, USA, Canada, and Australia) may experience delays due to customs clearance.

Note: During promotional periods or product launches, processing and delivery times may be longer due to increased order volume.

EIGHTDIT ships Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next business day.

If your package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please contact us within 5 business days of receipt at info@eightdit.com and include clear photos of the damage so we can assist you promptly.
