Digital products:
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the files have been accessed or downloaded. By purchasing, you agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is waived once the download begins. Digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Physical products:
You may return eligible physical items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
