You consent to immediate delivery of the digital products. As a result, you waive your right of withdrawal (cooling-off period) under the applicable laws.
2. Legal Cooling-Off Period
You have a statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, provided that you have not yet downloaded the files and can provide proof of this. The cooling-off period starts from the day after the contract is concluded.
3. Loss of Right of Withdrawal After Download
If the seal (i.e., download) has been used, the right of withdrawal is forfeited. In such cases, you will no longer be entitled to a refund.
